The Executive Programs of the School of Public Policy are constructed to meet the needs of successful managers who know that yesterday's knowledge is insufficient for tomorrow's challenges.
Our Comparative Advantage: Experience, Vision, Results
Experience: Directed by two of Washington, D.C.'s premier leaders in Executive Education, A. Lee Fritschler and Barbara D. Littell, our Executive Education programs provide participants access to leading practitioners throughout the nation and highly trained academic experts in the School of Public Policy.
Vision: The Executive Education program enables our clients to cope effectively in a complex, changing policy environment. Whether an organization is public or private, it has constituencies to which it must respond and is bombarded by change, much of it emanating from government. Our strategic plan is to actively support key decision makers who must solve the most challenging problems of the day in this demanding environment.
Results: In 15 short years the School of Public Policy has become a major force in public policy education and research in the U.S. and abroad. The School is a top recipient of federal research support, according to a recent study of the National Science Foundation, and is already one of the largest public policy graduate schools in the U.S. We offer programs in and have joint agreements with institutions throughout the world.
